Corrigan signature flourishes like fine antiques, figurative sculptures, obelisks, and a finely balanced mix of the formal and informal can be seen in the homes in the book. And while Corrigan discusses the “comfortable elegance” synonymous with his rooms, he also reveals another key underpinning of his work: “Looking through these projects, I realized that the one effect I consistently try to accomplish is an innate feeling of safety. In fact, the notion of feeling cocooned, protected and pampered underlies my whole design ethos.”
